Black and White Tie Affair

What a grand time we had at the luxurious Kramer Roof in historic downtown McComb, MS. This wasn’t just any type of party. We celebrated Greta’s birthday with a grand ballroom appearance. The theme for the party was titled, “A Black and White Affair.” Not only did the guests show up in black and white, but our birthday girl showed up in a long red chauffon dress, glammed from head to toe with Australian crystals. Who else to get to cater your event….. Elements Catering and Floral Design. The guests began taking pictures as soon as they entered the room of the marvelous buffet with its grand, almighty appearance. We used various props including custom painted, large rod iron pieces as well as silver encrusted vases, fluted trays, silver dotted serving pieces, and custom menu frames. The menu selections included roast beef bruschetta, three bean gulf shrimp served in square shot glasses, mini crab cakes pre-plated and drizzled with roumalaude, cajun jambalaya, dill chicken skewers with creamy dill dip, and our all time favorite LA creamy crawfish dip. As the guests entered, they were greated by assistants at the photo booth, the videographer, and a wide selection of specialty drinks from our full bar service. With all the festivities throughout the night, until midnight, the guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves dancing under the hanging mirror ball, music from the custom selected band, and a wide variety of cocktails and gourmet foods. As the night passed, Greta’s three tiered, italian cream cheese, birthday cake was rolled out with large, bright sparklers blazing atop! What a way to celebrate your life and legacy!
